Ward Conference

Today was Manly Ward Conference and it was wonderful to be there and share the feelings of the Spirt, to put one's arm to the square and sustain all leaders from the First Presidency and throughout. Our goal is to strengthen families, rescue the lost ones and save the rising generation. In the Relief Society lesson, given by the stake Relief Society Presidency, we were taught unity as sisters, being of one heart and one mind. All the parts of the body are needed to function as a whole, otherwise there is a problem for the body is not fully united. If there is one disenter among us, we are not unified. I likened that to my hearing, where I need to pracrice walking along the white line of the footpath on the foreshore so that I can walk straight. My hearing loss is so bad that i do not function properly, I am imbalanced. As I used that in a discussion during the meeting, I felt the warmth of the Spirit as I spoke. Somewhere in amongst us, some sister had need of that
